Day in the Life: Patrice

Learn more about a day in the life of an Eastern student with our Senior Class President, Patrice. From his morning cup of coffee, to attending classes, to working at the Writing Center – take a look at his daily routine at Eastern and how he stays involved on campus.

Hello everyone, welcome to a day in the life of Patrice, the singer, the writer, the Eastern student warrior. I usually start my day with a cup of coffee. So come on in with me.

Oh my gosh, Lauren! How are you?

So normally after getting a cup of coffee, I go to work at the Writing Center where I help students plan and edit their papers. So, come on in.

Oh, hi, how are you? I'm Patrice. Nice to meet you.

Most days I have several club meetings. Today, as senior class president, the committee and I will be discussing several ideas for the senior reception banquet.

Alright, see you guys later.

So usually around this time of day, I usually get a quick burger from Hurley. Normally after lunch I will head over to contemporary African American poetry where I am excited today because we will be discussing one of my favorite all time authors, James Baldwin.

So usually when I'm done with classes, I will head to the gym, get some dinner from Hurley and go back home to do some homework and relax.

Thank you for letting me show you a day in my life at Eastern. Hope to see you around.
